Hi, my name is Mike Breen, a rock musician, teacher, and songwriter based out of Tokyo Japan.

It is my sincere desire to help you to reach your goals in music and to create a community of musicians in an atmosphere of respect, commitment, and most importantly fun!

My experience as a musician and commitment to see you succeed will help you to learn quickly and overcome the obstacles that are slowing you down.

I teach all levels from beginner to advanced, all rock based styles, both lead and rhythm guitar, and concentrate heavily on developing solid technique, music theory, and ear training.

I have studied guitar and music education with international recording artist and guitar virtuoso Tom Hess, Berklee College of Music, Kunitachi Music Academy, and have extensive experience performing as a rock musician.
